How many hours should i play tennis as a newbie?

If you're new to tennis and just starting to learn the game, it's recommended that you dedicate about an hour three to four times a week for practice. This consistent practice schedule will help you become comfortable with the court and master the fundamental techniques of the sport.

Considering the demands of our busy lives, it can be difficult to commit to 3 to 4 lessons a week. It's better to gradually increase the hours. Tennis is a fun way to unwind. My recommendation is to consider private lessons and aim to have them once or twice a week to make noticeable improvements. Additionally, practicing between lessons will further enhance your progress.
